How do I back up Trello?

I struggled logging in this morning and almost panicked thinking I had lost access to a ton of data.  Anyone able to tell me (in simple steps!) how to back up trello please?

No but they are also pretty cheap, last check for Rewind was like $5 + an extra $ for each additional board.

I am looking at the same issue.  We have Trello premium, but all the 'free' power ups are only free for a short trial period.  It is not possible in our organisation to pay a monthly subscription fee (however small).  You would think Trello would have a free means to download and save your boards.  Am I missing something?  The support suggested the 'free' powerups but they are 3rd party and all charge.
