How do I make them by order?

Hello, 

I currently have a checklist with 8 items and have used rules to make things easier when checking off one of them for each card that I have. Unfortunately, these 8 things could be done indivisibly and don't depend on each other. So, if I were to check off #3 the command would work even if I haven't done one or two, which is understandable. But I would like for it to check one and two first, so the command would look like 

when the "2" item is checked by anyone, move the card to the top of the list "3" on board "xyz" If "1" item is checked.

Hi Isra,

There's not a great way to do this, unfortunately. Butler isn't built to check for conditions like that.

You'd need to work within the conditions that Butler does understand, so you could maybe do something with labels, but I think that'd get messy quickly. As a quick example, a separate rule could be watching for when you check item 1, and apply a label. Then, you'd need two rules for when 2 is checked, one with the label (indicating that 1 was done), and one without (meaning it wasn't).

This might go off the rails with more and more items, but that might help think through your options!
