I have cancelled my premium membership which will stop in November but I am still being charged for multiple extra users each month and I don't see how to remove them? Help please!

To remove users so that you are not billed for them, you need to be either a user access administrator or an organization administrator. If you are one of these two, you will have access to the organization settings in the top right-hand corner (on the cloud), as shown in the photo below. From this tab, you can manage users (e.g. withdraw access or delete users). Once you've deleted a user, he or she will no longer have access to applications on your site. However, you'll be given a grace period (I think it's 7 days) to reconsider your decision. The user's work is not deleted.
