How many members can use multiple boards for free?

I would like to have several members from one board to have access to another board, is this possible?

Atlassian Team members are employees working across the company in a wide variety of roles.

Ken, there is no limit to members on a free board. However, if the board is in a paid workspace then multi-board guests within that workspace are chargeable.  https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/multi-board-guests/
