How to appoint 2 board to the same guest of my team

I use more boards and I need to allow my employ to see and operate at least in two or three of them.

With Premium account I am able to allow him only one board

please let me know how to proceed and what is my cost

As far as I understand it, you'll need to buy your employee a Premium membership to be on more than one board in a workspace. https://help.trello.com/article/1236-board-guests

You could create another Workspace (that's non-premium) and add him to as many boards as you like in that workspace, but then of course you won't be able to use the Premium features on those boards.
