How to delete a Trello template board, which is downloaded and not created by myself?

Hi all,

I downloaded a Trello template, which I want to delete. This template board cannot be deleted because I didn't create it.

I do not have the option to close and archive. I find it annoying to see this board on my workspace.

Hi, Desiree!

I hope you're doing well.

You probably added a template as a board to your workspace; In order to delete a board, you'll need to close the board first by selecting "Close board" from the board menu. You can delete a board by opening the board's menu, clicking on "More", and then clicking on "Close board".

You'll need to be a board admin to see that option—otherwise, you can select "Leave board" to remove yourself from the board without closing it.

After you've closed the board, you can find the board in your "Closed boards" list and then click on the "Delete" button to delete that board permanently.

I'm having this same issue. Trello automatically created a board for me called "Project Management" and there's no way to delete it.

Like OP, I find it annoying to see this board with my other ones - it makes it harder to manage my projects because it's unwanted noise.

Unlike the solution mentioned here, there is no way to delete this board because it was created by Trello.
