How to ensure Workspace Members can see Boards?

I use the free Trello and I am having some issues adding a new member to our Workspace. I am able to add them to the Workspace, but they cannot see the boards within that space. I am an Admin on the Board/Workspace and cannot figure out why they are unable to see the board. I added them via their email alongside some other folks and they are the only one I newly added that cannot see the board. Appreciate any insight here! thank you!

Hi, Welcome to Community

When you add a member to a Trello Workspace, they do not automatically have access to all of the Workspace's boards. You must add them to each board individually.

Open the board to which you want to add the new member. Select "Add Members."

If the user still cannot see the board after you've added them, ask them to make sure they're logged in with the correct Trello account connected with the email address you used to invite them. If they have multiple Trello accounts, they may be logged in with one of them.

If the issue persists, try removing the member from the Workspace and re-adding them, then re-invite them to the board.

Thank you so much!! Turns out I was an admin in the Workspace but not on the board, so once that changed I was able to add new members. Thank you!
