I'm trying Trello Premium. It gives you the ability to add dates to checklist items plus table and calendar views.
What I can't figure out (apologies if this is a stupid question) is how to get the advance checklist items with due dates to show up on the combined calendar or table views. I can see the advance checklist items on each individual board calendar (with the calendar power up enabled) but the whole point is I want to see everything combined together - all cards and advance checklist items from all boards - on one view. I don't want to have to go though 18 different board calendars trying to stick it together in my head.
I know there is the 'my items' area but this shows you a whole other bunch of stuff too and focuses on the next few days so isn't helpful say if you're trying to see everything currently planned for a date in three month's time.
Anyone know if the above is possible and if so how?
Welcome @Hannah Latham
Checklist items and calendar views are amazing for teams in Trello!
Blue Cat Reports is a 3rd party Power-up on Trello that can help you get the Checklist items with due dates to show up on a combined list view that pull from all your boards.
The first is a report is a List chart type and this Table can be sorted by Due Date.
The one showing 2 Cards are due this week is a Count chart type filtered by Cards due this week (Mon-Mon).
When you sign up for a trial with us at Blue Cat, you can reach out to our support through the app and we are happy to help with anything else you might need.
Cheers,
Hi @Hannah Latham ! Welcome to the community :) assuming you're referencing the workspace views? For the moment, it's expected to just see the card level within the different workspace views; it doesn't go down to the checklist item level. It would be great to see both though! Has this happened yet? It implies in the article and the advanced checklist that this is available now. Is that still not the case?
