How to invite correct person to board?

Sorry for this basic question.  Have been using Trello on and off for a few years, but never figured this out.

When I go to add someone to my board via name, I normally see a list of more than one with the same name. Hovering over doesn't reveal their email address or any obvious way to distinguish them. How do I choose the right "John Smith"?

If you type their @username or their email address you'll get a unique hit.

Thanks - I did figure that part out. What's tricky is when I (or they) aren't sure about their id or which email they used to signup.

Ah, OK. I don't think there is any other way. I think you (or they) are expected to know either their username or their email address.

If you hover over their picture/initial you only see FirstName LastName (username), so it's seem you are expected to know their username, if not email address.

You should post that as a suggestion for improvement tho, if they have somewhere to post such things.
