Hi Team,

Seeking assistance to merge the details/board of the broker's other trello to his new trello account so he can only have 1 trello account to use.

The broker is using different email.

Thank you.

Hi Mary,

We don't have a native feature to merge two different Trello accounts. However, we do have a workaround:

  1. Log into the account you do not wish to use anymore.

  2. On each board, invite your other user (the one you intend to keep using) and make that user an admin of that board. If you're not an admin of the board, simply invite the user to the board. Note: if you have a lot of boards, you can use the board transfer tool instead.

  3. For each Workspace, invite the other user to the Workspace.

  4. Log out of Trello or optionally delete the Trello account that you no longer wish to use.

  5. Log in as the user you wish you keep using, who should now have access to the first user's boards and Workspaces.

  6. If you would like to use a different email address for your account, you may change the email address on your account.

The second workaround can be to transfer your boards to the other account using the Trello board transfer tool: https://trello.com/support/transfer-boards
Here's our great article on how to use the Trello board transfer tool:
    https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/how-to-transfer-boards-to-a-new-account/

I hope this is helpful and please let me know if you have further questions, I'm glad to answer them.
