Hi
I’m reaching out regarding the Jira ad that appears in the main Trello menu and on each board's menu, with no option to remove it.
As premium-paying members, we expect an ad-free workspace where we can focus without unnecessary distractions. This ad is intrusive and disruptive to our workflow, and the lack of a removal option is frustrating.
If there’s an immediate workaround to remove the ad, please share the steps. Otherwise, we’d appreciate clarity on the timeline for resolving this issue.
Looking forward to your response.
@Pninit Rozenberg this isn't an advertisement. These are features that allow you to integrate Trello and Jira.
Hi @Marshall Walker Lee & @Brant Schroeder
Thank you for your responses.
I understand the logic behind the Jira integration being prominently displayed, but it would make more sense if we actually had a Jira account and intended to use this linkage. Currently, we do not have one.
Given that other product integrations are not as prominently featured, this should ideally be an opt-in feature rather than a default. As an Admin, I frequently receive notifications from users asking whether we have a linked Jira project simply because they see the option on their boards.
Would it be possible to adjust this so that the integration is only visible to users who choose to enable it?
Thanks,
Pninit

@Pninit Rozenberg It is not an ad but delivered functionality. Users will often export Trello boards to Jira. I am not aware of any way to hide this. I have escalated this to Atlassian so they can let you know if there is some way to hide it.
