How to restrict what team members can open or see each board I made as admin?

I have a small business and I have 10 clients who I work individually. How can I work and share info with each of my client individually? I create a team and named a board after each client, but it seems I can't make restrictions so every client can see his board only?

You need to assign each client to a different team. 

Or you can change the visibility of a board to private. See this for details.
