Is there a change to change my subscription fro annually to monthly. I don't see such options and need to be changed. The idea is to pay every single month as this is the best way for us to manage our budget.
It is strange that it doesn't have such option and even the billing support is to so fast in solving such a important matter regarding the client usage of your product.
Please, let me know how can I get back to monthly payments and once we want to get the annual, we will get back to you or will manually switch it.

You can cancel your annual subscription, which will continue until the end of the current term. Before it expires, you can sign up for the monthly plan.
This way, you won’t lose any access, and you can smoothly transition to paying monthly. If you decide to go back to the annual plan later, you can switch it manually whenever you’re ready.
