I am free Trello user. How do I make Butler rules work for all team members of a board?

I created a board and created Card Buttons and rules.  The other member of my team can see the enabled buttons but not the rules and they are not working on the board when he is signed in on his account.  How do I enable the rules so that they work on my board on his account?

Thanks for reaching out!

When you enable a rule on a board, that rule should execute every time the rule is triggered - even if another user on the board triggered the rule.
