2- How do I change the yearly charge to a monthly charge?

You can add new events to the Trello calendar by creating cards on your board and adding due dates to them, once a due date's added to a card it'll show on the calendar view.

You should be able to remove someone from either your board or workspace as long as you're an admin on it by using the steps here:
