I am not able to add users to trello board

I am not able to add users to trello board. It said they were deactivated, so I removed them and then try adding them back, but it says they're not able to add those users. Please help

Hi @Daniel Nunez welcome to the community!

Perhaps you can check your board settings and make sure that you have enabled the option to invite guests or observers to your board. You can also change the board visibility to Workspace-visible so that the users can join the board.

Hey thanks. The issue is that these users are deactivated, but I am not seeing where I can reactivate them

Hey @Daniel Nunez thanks for your reply. I think you need to be an admin to reactivate users (more info here). You can contact your admin or seek Atlassian Support for help.
