I am trying to print pdf documents that are added to my Trello cards y my main office without succes

I am trying to print pdf documents from Trello without success.

James have you tried to follow these steps: 

open the card -> click on the pdf attached -> it will open a new window -> print icon in the upper right corner.

Is it not working? Maybe the pdf has some troble, try to re-attacch it.
