I am trying to log in and it says that due to 2-Step Authentication a verification code has been sent to my mobile, but I never received it, so I assume my mobile number must be incorrect, but I can't log in to change it — please help asap, thank you!

If you had specifically setup 2FA using your mobile and no longer have access to it then you can follow the recovery instructions https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/troubleshooting-two-factor-authentication/
