I cannot be added to Trello board.

I cannot be added to Trello board by co-workers, even my data are correct, the limit of members is not reached and they tried it both via app and SMS invitation. I am still logged in and I have the access to previous boards co-created by same members.

Hello. If they see a workspace member limit message when sharing the board, then the members are likely joined to a different workspace board. After reaching the 10-member limit, the Workpace admin must upgrade the workspace or remove members to add more.
