When I click the send to mail verification I cant see anything on my mail
Check your junk/spam folder, and make sure you're not logged into the wrong email account. Try doing it again from a device/application with a clear cache.
If all else fails, try contacting Atlassian directly. Make sure you select an option that does not bring you back to the forum (I think it's something like "Technical Issues/Bugs").
There is something called account suppression that can only be resolved by contacting them. That could possibly be coming into play here, as it causes this kind of behavior.
