I deleted indivdual member accounts and need to add those user emails to a new workspace

I have a small team of 6.  Everyone created their own login for individual Premium Trello Accounts.  
We realized that each member didn't need their own individual accounts but needed to be invited as members to our team workspace and have their memberships to the team workspace added there.  Everyone deleted/canceled their individual Premium Trello accounts.  Now when I try to invite them as new members to the team workspace i get an error that says they need to be reactivated.  Can any one help?
