I don't see a "+" next to the information icon on the top right. How do I get the "+" there?

Hi Felipe, 

Are you looking for the create menu? I'm guessing you now have the new global navigation, and the + menu is now called "Create" and is near the center of the header. This article may help you. https://help.trello.com/article/1250-trello-navigation
