I have set up a Premium trial with a personal email and now wish to purchase as a company.

Do I need to set up a new account and would this be in the name of the company with invited workspace members ? If so can I transfer my workspaces from my personal account and would I receive 1 invoice for the whole company or are individual members invoiced ? Thanks for your help Nick

  1. If you're using the Standard or Premium plan. I would just update the account information with your company's information, and invite members in.
  2. Or you could make a new account with your company information and if needed you could copy the boards over to the new workspace.
  3. If your 50+ users and/or enterprise level, I would reach out to support to handle this.

Regardless, there would be 1 invoice. The workspace owner would be responsible for each members payment. It's not possible to allow others to cover their cost. You can see this in "Workspace Settings" > "Billing".

** On Premium it's $12.50 per member if billed monthly. You can make boards public for viewing only or you can add an Observer to 1 board which allows them to leave comments only. If you add an observer/guest to more than 1 board, you will be charged for them as well.
