I have tried to remove collaborators from my workspace but its not updating.

I have 11 members logged on my Trello workspace.

I am seeking to remove 2 members. I have tried to delete two members numerous times but my account is not updating.

I would like to continue using the version I have been using for under 10 collaborators but am not currently able to do so.

Any advise on this would be helpful.

Hello Amanda,

Sometimes a page refresh is needed for the collaborator count to update after removing a member. If that doesn't help, please reply here a link to a board within the workspace you're trying to remove the members. 

To reply with a board link:

1. Go to Trello.com
2. Open the board
3. Copy the link displayed in the browser when viewing the board
4. Paste the board link here  

Please let me know if there are any issues
