I keep getting email warnings my account is dormant and will be deleted, but I use it daily

Hi! I have received a couple of emails in the past couple of months that my Trello account hasn't been logged in to for 2 years and will be deleted August 29 if I don't log in. I log into it daily, so I don't see how this is possible and I am getting nervous about the pending deadline. Are these emails legitimate? How I make sure my account won't be deleted?

It may be that you created another Trello account in the past (using a different email address) that you have not used in a few years. The account deletion email from Trello should state the primary email address associate with that account.

Thanks. It does and it's my other work email address. Perhaps I originally created one with that and then switched to my current address - I don't know! I tried logging into it but it didn't recognize the email address.
