I'm not getting mobile notifications in the app on iPad or iPhone.

I have cards with due dates on them, but I'm not getting notifications in the app on iPad or iPhone. I have notifications turned on on both devices. I'm in the free version of the app. Should the app be popping up notifications?

Hi Rick, sorry to hear that you are not being notified about due dates on your mobile devices. 
Firstly, check that you have the due dates reminder turned on as shown in the short screen recording: https://share.getcloudapp.com/YEuWZOG5 

Add yourself to the card
Tap on the motivation icon at the top of the board, then also tap on the settings icon within the notification window to turn card notifications as shown here: https://share.getcloudapp.com/Kou14JGX 

Finally, check to see that you have Push notifications enabled for Trello from your device settings
