I need a board that I can link clients that give me leads then link the leads. Any suggestions?

I need a board that I can have a leads system on. I need to link the leads with the person who gave it to me then be able to follow up and see if I have made contact with them and when I made the contact. 

 Then I need to be able to link those contacts with the other contact if they become clients.
