I need to cancel my plan

I'm trying to cancel my Trello account (Gold membership). Articles online say to go to the billing page in Trello and simply change the plan - that feature no longer exists. I've tried to search within my Atlassian account but the only option is to delete my Atlassian account completely. Any help would be appreciated!

Hi @GABRIEL LIMA ,

I understand that changing your subscription can be an important decision, and I want to make this process as smooth as possible for you.

 

To downgrade your plan, go to your Workspace’s Billing page and find the Change subscription section. Click Explore plans, and a new window will open, showing all available options.

 

In the Standard plan column, select Get Standard. A message will appear explaining what changes will take place if you proceed. Once you’re ready, simply click Switch to Standard to confirm the downgrade.

You can cancel your Trello Gold subscription through your Atlassian account, but the process has changed. Here’s what you need to do:

  1. Go to the Atlassian Billing Portal: Visit https://my.atlassian.com and log in with your Trello account credentials.
  2. Find Your Subscription: Under "Billing" or "Manage Subscriptions," locate your Trello Gold plan.
  3. Cancel the Subscription: If the option to downgrade is unavailable, look for a "Manage" or "Cancel" button. If you don’t see one, try clicking "Contact Support" to request cancellation.
  4. Check for Auto-Renewal: If you're billed via Apple or Google Play, you may need to cancel through the respective app store.

If none of these options work, reach out to Atlassian support directly at https://support.atlassian.com/ for assistance.
