I want my co-workers to see my board, without having to create an account. Can I do that & how? 

My co-workers will not add to the board, but I want them to be able to view the contents.  Is this possible?  

If it matters, my board is private and not open to anyone on the internet.

The External Share Power-Up does exactly what you're looking for.

You cannot do this with native Trello. However, you can use Hipporello Apps for this. It is a nocode powerup development platform. We already implemented a basic Trello Card Sharing powerup. However, it can be customized according to your needs either by yourself or by us.
