Integration Trello with Opentext Appworks?

I have a requirement where we need to integrate Trello with Opentext Appworks module. 

I got to know it is possible through REST API. can someone suggest, is it possible to connect.

Also, if yes then please suggest how we can achieve this.

Trello doesn't offer any native integration with that product, but most any integration is possible using Trello's API, which is fully documented here: https://developers.trello.com/

Not knowing anything about the API of the other tool makes it difficult for us to suggest how to get the two working together, but the documentation above should get you started from Trello's side!
