Is anyone having an issue with description text is disappearing and reappearing randomly?

UPDATE: I tried testing things a few times on the web, and finally a message showing that the issue was the length showed up. I’ve no idea why it didn’t show up previously. I tried a few more times on the iPad app, but absolutely no message showed up there which is where I use Trello the majority of the time.

I’ve been having an issue with the descriptions in my Trello. One card text in particular is acting strangely. I’ve copied and pasted the text into another card to try to see if that was the issue, but it is not. I noticed the issue when I went to get the text from the original card, and I found the work I had done last night was missing. I thought the issue might be an app update, which I just did, but that was also not the issue. (I’m on an iPad Pro, but I’m having the issue whether I enter the text on the app or on a browser.)

I went to a backup copy I had sent to someone to look over for me. I copied those missing sections, and I replaced them in the Trello description. I clicked save after each one to be doubly sure, and they were there complete. I went to look at a different card, and came back to copy that same text, but again it was missing. I entered the card to edit and the sections were there, but then when I clicked out from edit to look at it again they were not there. I entered edit description again, and they were gone.

There seems to be no rhyme or reason why they appear or disappear. It’s becoming quite frustrating, and I don’t know what to do. Nothing I’ve tried on my end works. Help is much appreciated. Thank you for your time.

There is a 16K character limit on the card descriptions, however the mobile app isn't altering the user of that limit. We're working on fixing it. Appreciate your patience as we address this!

Thank you, I appreciate it! I was so confused. Glad I figured it out at least. It would be very helpful to see this in the app as well. Thanks again!
