It would be nice if I could move lists on a board instead of having them all set up horizontally across, stack some lower on the board so you can see them all at one time.

Actually Trello soon will allow to do someting similar natively. Check out new collapsible list feature.

It's Mary from Planyway power-up for Trello
Trello does not natively support vertically stacking lists within the same board or creating a two-dimensional grid layout on a single board. This means that all lists are arranged horizontally across the board, and you would need to scroll horizontally to view all the lists if they exceed the width of your screen.
However, with Planyway you can visualize your cards on the timeline view grouped by Lists to view cards in the other dimension. But they will have to be scheduled cards.

Trello doesn't allow you to do this natively. You can use Strelloids Chrome extension which adds additional layout options to board view, including stacking lists vertically. However, be aware that using this will restrict you to one web browser.
