I am trying to use Trello for an information board for particpants in a workshop. I would prefer that they not have access to changing the content, accidentally or purposefully.
Hey Kathy
If you're a Business Class user (or if you're not, you can upgrade a 1-user team with that user being yourself), you can add members to a board as observers. Observers can only view a board, nothing else unless you turn on the ability for them to comment or vote.
Otherwise, the only option would be making the board public- which may have it's drawbacks if the information shouldn't be known by the general public.
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
