Is anyone experiencing problems with the desk top app? Is there a new version to download? The Microsoft Store has the app but not sure if it automatically updates the app. I am able to access my account on the web but the app crashes. It doesn't allow me to log in and then says I have no internet connection.
Anyone have a suggestion?
Can you try a clean reinstall (How to Uninstall the Trello Desktop App) of the app to see if that helps? If that does not resolve the issue, would you mind sending us the Logs of the desktop app via trello.com/contact ? You can find them via the Help menu -> Export logs.
