I use Trello at the company where I work. Over a period of 3 months, I attached around 200 documents to a card, but I noticed that some errors have occurred. Some documents did not appear on the card. Additionally, the mentioned card is quite slow. Is this normal? Is there a limit to the number of documents I can attach to a particular card? What is the best way to store images in .pdf, .tiff, .png, and .jpeg formats?
An alternative could be to store the files of in One-drive, dropbox or Google drive, and store a share-link on the card.
I would expect attaching 200 attachments to one card will slow it down; is it not possible to split these into multiple cards? I'd expect it would be more user friendly also!
However, according to this answer, you can have up to 36,000 attachments per Board (across open and archived cards).
