Is there a place to get a receipt for my Gmail by Cardbox subscription?

I had been using the Gmail by Cardbox add-on.  The developer recently started charging for the service.  I was wondering where I might be able to find a receipt or proof of payment.  I need documentation for my credit card statement.

Hi! I’m the developer of Cardbox. Please open a board where Cardbox is installed, then go to Gmail by Cardbox (this is a button on cards and at the top of your board) > Billing > View invoices, and you can view and download your complete billing history from the bottom of that page. Hope that helps!
