Is there a way to delete the "deleted image" text from a card after deleting an image?

Hi @Jason Carter 

The deleted image text you're seeing is shown in the Activity Log for a card which shows all the actions taken on that card. If you only want to see comments on the card, you can hide the Activity details by clicking on the "Hide Details" button next to the comment box.
