We are currently using trello in our accounting department to track refunds and errors from vendors & the amount of time it takes to resolve each invoice. I have downloaded the "countdown" powerup, which works great. However, when an invoice/card is finally able to be moved to "completed," we want the clock to freeze. (We want the card to show how long it took to receive payment and freeze that time on the card once its completed).
We eventually want to summarize all the overdue time on each card, to show how long it takes to reach a resolution. This is why we need the countdown to freeze at the time it states, once the card is completed (instead of turning into a green checkmark that an item has been completed, OR continuing to countdown more time, as it is currently doing).
Thoughts?
Take a look at the Time in List Power-Up for this sort of capability on the cards https://trello.com/power-ups/5b4765f383dd7c75d8e57be4/time-in-list
Or Blue Cat Reports https://trello.com/power-ups/5d9c90aa18965066fcd44730/reports-by-blue-cat has a Time to Complete chart which can show how long cards took to complete https://www.bluecatreports.com/help/articles/create-a-time-to-complete-chart/
@Michael Pryor - you have the most accepted resolutions so I am turning to you :p
