Issue with Automation Rules (Butler) Not Working Properly on My Boards

I hope you’re doing well.

I’m reaching out to report that none of the automation rules (Butler) are currently working on one of our boards. This issue affects all the rules we have configured, regardless of their type or trigger. We’ve reviewed the setup and everything appears correct, but the automations are not triggering at all.

We rely on these automations as part of our collaborative workflow, so your support in identifying and resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @Constanza Fernández! I’m sorry to hear that. Which Workspace are you having these issues with? Is it the paid or the free Workspace? Or perhaps it’s both? Thanks for the clarification!
