I would like my team members to receive notifications if they are:
-Added to a card
-Assigned an item on an advanced checklist
-If something changes on a card they are assigned to
-If they are @ mentioned
Currently the only instance we get notified is when you are assigned to an item on an advanced checklist. This is on the notification feed that's found on the 'home' tab. There's no email notification.
Email notifications are turned on.
It was my understanding that you should be notified in all of the above instances...
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thansk.
Hi Lidia - welcome to the community!
The default email notification frequency for accounts is set as periodically. If the in-app notifications are checked first, then an email notification won't be delivered as the notification is already considered as read.
You can check and update your email notification preferences from your Accounts settings page.
