It's possible hide power-up to guest user?

I have installed the Clockify Powerup and I would like to see only the time dedicated to each single Task. At present, board guests also see the timer.

As a user, you cannot control what functionalities of power-up are displayed to the guest user. I recommend to reach out ot power-up creator about this.
