We are using the JIRA Power Up in Trello.
Once a card is created it's very nice to have all the information about Status etc (see attached below). However, when we are updating the Status in JIRA (from In progress to Verified for instance), the label is not updated in Trello, even if the card is linked to JIRA thanks to the Power up.
Is that normal ?
Many thanks for your help
Sonia
I noticed that uBlock Origin stops the status update from working. It may be the case with other ad blockers.
Hello from the future! Can confirm this resolution may work for anyone else that stumbles upon this. I was having the same problem as OP but after trusting the Trello board in my ad blocker (Ghostery) I was able to see the updated status of the JIRA ticket in Trello.

Is this still being investigated? I'm having the same issue and when I open Chrome inspector I see a list of errors related to this power-up:

Not an answer, but a related issue. In the screenshot above, the Jira sprint is shown on the Trello card. We used to have that on our board as well, but a few weeks ago it stopped showing up. Any suggestions? The other fields are there, but we really liked having the sprint displayed.

Hello, I've also got this issue, when doing it in incognito mode it works, then switching back to the normal chrome window it then updates, but only once, it doesn't do it again, so in this case, it doesn't start working, it just jogs it into life.
I looked at the developer tools part of chrome and saw various warnings:

Hi Sonia,
That is not normal, no! We definitely expect that the view in Trello updates and reflects the current status. This might be something in your browser that's interfering with the live connection back to Jira. If you opened Trello in an incognito or private browsing window, for example, and then updated the status in Jira, does that update?
You might want to reach out to us directly at https://trello.com/contact so we can take a closer look and check with your browser records and try to get to the bottom of what's happening!

Hi Michael
Thanks for helping me on this :)
Maybe there were some trouble to update the view in Trello. I did some other tests today on another browser and it seems to be working now !
