Not all guests are billable; it depends on the type of guest.
The rule is...
- Free Guest: A user who is invited to a single board, thus is a single-board guest
- Billable Guest: A user who is a guest on 2+ boards
Billable guests are billed at the same rate as a normal Workspace member, and will require a license.
