Just in time Shareable link

Is there a way to get a just in time shareable link to be included in a email? My understanding is that there is an expiry on it. I want to include it within the registration process. Thanks.

Just need to include a invitation link   In an smtp email when someone registers to subscribe to a service aka use a board. Recently I did copy an paste using the invite board button and 2 of the recipients we told by Trello that the link is no longer valid. I could not find any documentation that there is an expiry.
