Label description only visible in detail view

Hi,

in my Trello Board in the overview I only see the labels as thin lines in their respective color. When my colleague is logged in to the board, however, she always sees the labels as little boxes, including their name – not only in the detail view, but also in the overview of all cards. 

I couldn't find an option for this in the settings. Can anyone help me out here?

Click the label color on a card and they should expand like your colleague's are
