Labels are gone on a specific board. Semicolon doesn't work

I'm having issues with one trello board showing the card labels (other boards show the labels). I have tried the semicolon trick, but it still doesn't appear. I also have cleared the cache, they still don't show up. Am I missing a setting?

Are the labels on that board?

Click on 'show menu'

Click on 'more'

Click on 'labels'

Are they there? If not, the quickest way I have found to 'import' labels from one board to another is to create a card in the board that's got all the labels on it that you want, add every...single...label to that card, then click on the 3 little dots on the card when in board view, and move the card to the board without the labels.

Rather than having to 'create' every label again, moving a card in this way should move all the labels across as well.
