Limit Permissions

Hi.

I have a Business Class group and I want to allow uses to reply and add comments to cards, add flags etc but do not want and users to change Due Dates except me (who is currently the only Admin). Is this possible?

Hi Stephen,

It sounds like the functionality you're looking for is our Observer feature for Business Class and Enterprise users. Observers are users that are added to a board and able to view it, download card attachments, comment and vote on cards and export the board, but cannot move/edit cards, change board settings, upload attachments, etc. You can read more about observers here.

Does that sound like it would suit your needs?
