My 2F pass key is not working. I am locked out of my account which is under a different email address. I had to create a second account to ask this question because the system makes you log in to ask a question. There should be a way to get in touch without needing to log in for people who are locked out.
How can I get my account back and turn of 2F so this doesn't happen again?

You can recover your account by following the steps from this article: https://support.atlassian.com/atlassian-account/docs/login-issues-related-to-two-step-verification/
You'll need to request the account recovery link by email as described under the "Your emergency recovery key doesn't work or you've lost it" section. After the first email notifies you that the process has started, a second email will be sent in 24 hours with the link to update your 2FA settings.
