Lost Access to Custom Fields After Non-Payment

Hi Team,

I am facing an issue with trello where I had created custom fields but my credit card was not working and because of that the data is gone and it's deleted for the custom fields and I need the data of the custom fields back is there a way to get the data back?

I have done the payment but still the custom fields are not showing up to me.

Do you use the browser or the desktop app?
