×At some point in July all of my boards and activity disappeared from my account. My email address didn't change. I just logged in one day and my account was empty. Reading comments, it seems that I may have logged in using an alternative process (e.g. via Google) and somehow created a new account. Is it possible to open a ticket where I can share my email address and have support locate my "old" account and merge it with my "new" one? Or just restore my access to the "old" one?
I get this message but I am the only user. You’re a member of this board, but only board admins are able to reopen it. Please contact support for assistance.
This has happened to me this week also. I think it has something to do with what I am signed into . Mine says I am not an admin but I am the only person using this board and it is a free private account. I will try the password reset.
